1. Is RentBrite really free?
Yes it is! We allow landlords and owners to post information and pictures of their property at no charge.
2. How do you make money and support the site?
Pretty simple, our revenue is ad-based.
We run several ad networks and only charge large companies for their listing. Oh, and the Featured Properties on the homepage, we charge for that feature too.
3. Why was RentBrite started?
Like you, we were tired of having to browse several sites for apartments in Ottawa. We found the market to be very fragmented. After browsing all these sites, we usually still wouldn't find any apartment. We put our heads together, and came up with this site. And we're proud to say it's the fastest growing Real Estate site is Ottawa!
4. What is a Featured Property?
Well, if you need to find a tenant in a short amount of time, or want more exposure for your property this is the way to go. But we must warn you, this feature is not free.
5. Can I add more than 1 property?
Add as many as you like - we won't stop you. The only thing we ask, is that the information and pictures you upload are accurate, and does not mislead possible tenants.
6. Will you be expanding to more regions?
We hope so, but we feel we still feel our job isn't done with Ottawa just yet!
7. Can you find me an apartment in Ottawa?
We cannot recommend any specific apartments to you, but RentBrite should be able to narrow down your search for your ideal living.
